What you can do

Never buy products made from endangered species and if you think that you have been offered an endangered species product, or seen one on sale, please report it. You can report it by submitting information via the Operation Charm website or by telephone to the Metropolitan Police Wildlife Crime Unit on 020 7230 8898 or by ringing Crimestoppers on 0800 555111.

You can also help us spread the word by taking action now.

Sticker scheme

Due to the success of the original sticker scheme in 1995, Operation Charm has relaunched it. Traditional Chinese Medicine traders who agree with our messages will be able to show their support, and their commitment to trading lawfully, by giving a pledge that they do no sell products made from endangered species and displaying one of these stickers in their window.
